Tool Feasibility Study
Before local governments choose their Smart and low-carbon Public Lighting System, they usually do a feasibility study. We developed a feasibility study that can be used by all local governments for their decision making process. A Feasibility Study contains required information needed for an assessment prior to implementation of different low-carbon PL-systems. Application of this format , will result in a specific pilot-related feasibility study and generation of a preferred scenario. During the feasibility study the following specific parameters should be taken into consideration: User Group, User Location Type, General Area Specifications, Energy and Budget Parameters and Lighting Specifications.
To assess the feasibility of the research pilots, SLIC asked specifications of:
User Groups
User Location Type
General Area Specifications
Energy and Budget Parameters

And also
Energy Source
Smart Techniques
These 7 categories make up the Feasibility Study.
